If you subscribe to FridgeChef Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will process your refund promptly with no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@fridgechef.io with:
We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day. Funds typically appear back on your payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the initial 14-day window, refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
You can cancel your FridgeChef Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
